This is a charming gift for a pizza-lover. When my children were small, they looked forward to pizza night once a week when we could afford, or at least twice a month. They are now adults, but my daughter has turned out to be quite the pizza connoisseur and when I saw these towels packaged up in a pizza box to look like an actual pizza, I knew I had to order it. The cute little box with the pizza chef on it fooled everyone in the family for a minute or two. And everyone thought the arrangement of the towels was very cute. The towels are actually of very good quality -- they are 100% cotton and the fabric has been flat-woven (so these aren't the terry-cloth type of kitchen towels, but are more like tea towels). The designs are cheerful and colorful, and the towels will look nice hanging in the kitchen, although I'm not sure if these will actually be used, or just serving a decorative purpose. Since they don't leave lint, they are great for drying dishes and especially glassware. The fabric is thick and fairly heavy + the towels are well made with nicely stitched hems and trim corners. The towels become softer and more absorbent after being laundered a few times. I like to wash decorative towels in cold water and line dry to keep them nice (rather than just toss them in the washer and dryer on a regular cycle as I do with the "real" kitchen towels that get used for actual cleaning). I think the current price of $29.99 for this gift set is reasonable considering the quality of the towels themselves as well as the fun presentation.
