Ordered the item which says 2 sets (2x3 prices). Unfortunately received one set only. Bad experiencePros:- These towels are made from 100% American cotton They’re thick, absorbent, and the seams are well-sewn.Cons:- The ONLY con is that the cost is a head-rattling One Hundred and Seventy dollars. And it’s not even organic cotton. It’s fromGMO seeds.I got these towels because they were two complete sets. They are just regular towels. They feel like nice hotel towels. Nothing unique about them other than the price. No, I would not pay this much for two sets of towels when I have gotten softer, nicer towels for less. Ok product, nothing special.Likes.Wonderfully soft and absorbent.Cons.None.Though this is a Vine item, I previously ordered the Redlands Cotton Quilt and was so impressed that I ordered shams, pillowcases and sheets direct from the company. Amazon didn’t have the items and colors I wanted. When we first opened the towels, we were somewhat disappointed. I’m not sure what we expected. They didn’t appear to be different than a much less expensive towel sold on Amazon. They didn’t feel much different. My wife said she wouldn’t pay that much for the towels.I placed both the Redlands hand towels, and the other brand, side by side, and alternated using them, on an every other wash basis, for drying my hands. After 5 days, the difference was obvious. The Redlands towels remained very soft, while the other brand seemed scratchy by comparison. We had been very satisfied with the other brand, rated them at 5 stars, and for the much lower price, they deserve their 5 star rating. However the Redlands are at another level altogether. Both my wife and I used the bath towels after showering, and they felt wonderfully soft and absorbent. We vacation in Las Vegas a lot, and usually stay at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas. It is an outstanding hotel. Their bedding and towels are luxurious and using the Redlands reminded me of the Wynn, where every detail is top notch. My wife, who initially said she wouldn’t pay that much for a towel, is now looking at the Redlands Cotton web site. She’s eyeing their new Spa Towels. She now says she would pay that much for a towel.Nice size and weight. Very absorbent. After washing them several times as per the instructions, I noticed puckering on one of the hand towels. The other towels in the set were fine. Beautiful towels.I know it doesn’t come off from the picture, but these are definitely nice towels. We got This set as a replacement for our old ones and happy we did. They are soft and and absorbent and are a good size for bath and hair. I wish they were a bit fluffier but at this price point, this is a great set. Definitely recommend this product.I was really excited to try this brand. I was very careful to take really good care of these, but even dried on low they puckered up and got misshapen. Soft and absorbent, though. These worked great for me. Washed them up with a little bleach and then air-dried outdoors on the UV (sun) line, which makes them smell great. I then used a bath towel and find the length very good for body drying. It meets the test for necessary and appropriate length, feel, and absorption for the purpose. I very much appreciate that it is made in USA and demonstrates a traditional quality standard, BUT, at this price, it should be organic and non-GMO as well, and I hope the producers will start working on this additional quality as one of their short-term goals. If it were, I would gladly pay today's price for that extra quality standard.
